Cookies: What We Store and Why
Last updated: 12 January 2026
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps small pieces of data on your device. Both can remember choices between visits.
What we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consent preference | Essential | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask on every page. | Until cleared |
| bt-check-* | Functional (local storage) | Saves ticks on reset checklists so you can continue later. Never sent to us. | Until cleared |
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
Managing your choices
You can change your consent choice using the cookie banner, and clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Clearing storage will reset saved checklist progress. Blocking essential storage may mean the consent prompt appears again.
